Lifetime Promise
As part of working with record labels and media companies we are often required to reinstate projects months after completion. To achieve this we are able to store great volumes of media.
We extend this storage service to our transfer customers.
If your DVD or CD master becomes damaged in any way that prevents it from being played (the dog chewed it or the children used it as a Frisbee); no problem, return the damaged disc - we will replace it for free.
If you would prefer we didn't keep your material on file,
just let us know.
